Here is some  information about myself and how I raise my puppies and what I look for in prospective owners.

I am a member of the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of America, Palmetto Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club and Welsh Corgi League UK and I am an American Kennel Club Breeder of Merit.  I have been involved in purebred dogs since 1977 and Pembroke Welsh Corgis since 1991.

PUPPIES ARE AVAILABLE TO APPROVED COMPANION HOMES.

All of our puppies are raised in the home and stay with me until they are 11-12 weeks of age.

All puppies receive a well puppy veterinary exam, 1st and 2nd vaccinations administered by their veterinarian,  deworming, fecal test,  initial heart worm preventative and are microchipped which also includes prepaid registration.  They also will receive an individual OFA eye exam by a Veterinary Ophthalmologist.

All puppies are sold on Limited Registration and are for companion homes only and are not to be bred.  I register each puppy with a name we agree upon and in the names of their new owners and the registration fees are paid by me. This insures that all our puppies are registered with the American Kennel Club.

The puppies are handled daily and socialized, learn to be bathed and groomed including having their nail care done with a dremel.  In addition, they will be crate trained before leaving for their new homes, meaning they will eat their meals, nap and sleep overnight in their crates comfortably.

My guarantee is that both parents are selected for correct breed type, temperament and are screened for hip dysplasia, eye diseases, vWD and DM (degenerative myleopathy) in advance of being selected for breeding.

I look to find what I consider 'perfect' homes for my puppies by accepting families who want a devoted family pet for the entire lifetime of the puppy.  That being said, our puppies must be house dogs and part of the family.

I will want to know information about you such as your work schedule, other dogs you currently own or have owned, who will be caring for the puppy during the day, etc

I do not make promises to anyone until after the puppies are 6 weeks of age when I ask prospective puppy families to come and visit with us.  Once approved and confirmed, I will promise a puppy with no deposit taken.  Puppies are selected by me to be placed with each individual family depending on their lifestyle in addition to interests in such areas as therapy dog, obedience, herding, agility and therapy dog training.  Please understand that requests for specific color or sex may make it more difficult to make the appropriate placements.
